To ensure that your package is successfully delivered, please make sure your address is entered correctly. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to fulfill your request before shipping your order.

Packages returned to us due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for redelivery shipping fee.

If your tracking number states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen), you must contact United States Postal Service. We will always do our best to assist you, but we do not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen when USPS is in possession. We do not issue refunds for shipping fees or lost/stolen packages.
